    Could be. It’s seemingly Russian or one of the other countries there because of that cupola.

    I think it may be the Novy Arbat before the pedestrianisation and redevelopment in the 1980’s, the street was just originally called Arbat, where Chekhov lived, his house still being there is now a museum.
