It’s written in American corporate drivel: note how the ad has British spelling only in its headline.

I assume that British corporate drivel, though obviously based on the American dialect, has distinctive features of its own.

May I offer a quote from the Human Resources Director of Kirklees Council (asked about an advert for ‘a leader with cross-functional experience’ charged with ‘making sure: That the diversity of Kirklees is understood by all in the organisation; is valued as a strength but a strength that challenges us to respond to its complex implications.’)

“The terms used in the advert will mean a lot to the sort of people who are looking at this.”
