Who’d be a sorcerer?

With our society now going down the gurgler, bear I’d still prefer it to this one:

Twenty-nine members of an alleged cannibal cult have been arrested in Papua, New Guinea, for allegedly hunting, killing, and eating at least seven sorcerers, police revealed today. They allegedly ate their victims’ brains raw and made a soup from their penises, the AFP reports.

The gang was part of a 1,000-strong group formed to combat sorcerers who were demanding sex as payment for their services, in addition to exorbitant fees. Most charged around $475, plus a pig and bag of rice.

“It’s against our traditional ethics and morals for a sorcerer to have intercourse with a man’s wife or teenage daughter,” explained one cult leader. “That was the main cause of frustration that led to the forming of a group to hunt down the sorcerers.”

A local expert says sorcerer hunters are a tradition in Papua New Guinea. “But these people never kill sorcerers in broad daylight, mutilate, and eat sorcerers’ flesh … or make soup from the penis,” the expert said. “This is insane.”

What’s the world coming to, when a man can’t quietly get on with a bit of shagging, sorcering, without some bunch of vigilantes…..

Penis soup… really not sure about that at all

I do hear that those syrups the put on icecram and squirty whipped cream… and it does not waste ‘resources’ so much.

Anyway… So it is basically a real extreme case of charging way more than the market will stand. Bankers beware?

Moggsy – oooo, when you talk of whipped cream …

Thinking on this some more… You know you have got to wonder about the smarts of anyone who pays.. well too much, for a sorcerers services.

…and the sex thing? Is that like a bonus, or an extra charge? I guess that depends on how good/fit the sorcerer happens to be ^_^

If you put it like that, I prefer our present society too!

…bankers/sorcerers? What’s the difference, sounds like a bargain to me 🙂

A pig and a sack of wheat can achieve far better results… It just needs foresight and imagination 😉
