Stephen Gough has done it again.
Who is he you are saying and done what?
Tearful Stephen Gough, 53, who represented himself, sat naked in the dock at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court in Fife yesterday throughout his two-hour trial on the single charge, which centred on his actions days after he was last released from prison.
Gough, from Eastleigh in Hampshire, was convicted of committing a breach of the peace on 20 July by walking naked in a public place near a children’s play park in Townhill, Dunfermline.
A truly wise Judge would say to Gough-
“So you wish to walk around naked?”
“But you are not naked, are you?”
“When you are out there ‘rambling’ you are wearing a hat, you are wearing a stout pair of walking boots and socks.”
“So technically speaking you are not in compliance with your own declaration that “a naked body isn’t offensive and there should be no reason to cover it up”. because you have covered parts of that body. but not others. You are not naked.”
“So if you remove your hat and your boots and your socks, you can go on your way. Either that or put some clothes on and grow up.”
That would be the wise way to deal with him but I doubt if anyone would be satisfied with such a judgement, least of all Gough!
