      Stick gave me some stick. Blame Morrisons. Soupy stew was nice.

        We had duck fillets, buttery cabbage, glass of Buzet and a wedge of mature cheddar with whisky. Whisky was in the cheese and was a first. Hope to make it a second. 🙂

    Lunch: aubergine pie (from Messrs Higgidy).

    Dinner: Tagliatelle with a bacon, mushroom and cream sauce. Baked apples and custard, the apples being from our autumn crop.

    P.S. My wife thinks we must have a mole living in our compost heap. I say it’s more likely to be a rat!)

      Being young, it was not bad but this lunchtime methinks the other half will be delish.

    Roo burgers, green beans, snow peas, broccoli, carrot and sweet potato. Brown sauce with sauted red and green capsicum and mushrooms.
