1. Here it is:

2. A test case:

The assumption in any civilized society should be this: that which harms no one is legal, and should not be subject to punishment upon the arbitrary and capricious whims of humorless prosecutors who decide to find something irritating for no important reason. Laws should be few, clear, irredundant, and should exist only to deal with actual interpersonal conflicts in which one party has actually damaged another and not merely offended their sensibilities. It should never be possible for an official to decide to crush someone merely because they find them vaguely distasteful in some manner.

3. Puzzling, this:

4.Is this why it was?

The Americans have long complained about something called “transshipment.” That is the practice of Chinese steel being shipped to a country, such as Canada, and then re-exported, sometimes with little to no change in the product, to the United States.

6. Lastly for now, what’s the name of that British officer first cited again?

    1. (to misquote someone with a bit more moral authority than the pigf****er)

“Our revenge will be the laughter of our children as they go to the ballot box to elect a government that will take us back into the EU.
Brexiteers have nothing in their whole fascist arsenal that can break the spirit of one Remainer who doesn’t want to be broken.
Everyone, has their own particular part to play. No part is too great or too small; no one is too old or too young to do something.
We must see our present fight right through to the very end.”

See, that’s the thing. You completely ignore what was posted – the idea of a plebiscite and what it means but then come out with:

Brexiteers have nothing in their whole fascist arsenal

You calling me a fascist are you?

Ignored? I was replying to the bit about my having a duty, according to Dave *SNORK*, to acquiesce, quisling like to the Volkwille and then, worse still IMO, collaborate. The resistance *will*continue.
Oh and incase I haven’t said it enough, the whole idea of a plebis-cide for constitutional issues is pretty much the starting point for all fascist or totalitarian regimes. I pray God we don’t have a 2nd one (despite the latest polls).

As to whether or not you, personally, are a fascist, you tell me; if you think I should lose my ‘citzenship’, be removed from the protections of the highest court set there to protect my rights and keep me and mine safe, and perhaps that my wife should be expelled from the country on the basis she isn’t your kind of person (thereby forcing me not to live in the country of my birth with my ain kith and kin )….then its hard to see how someone who holds such beliefs isn’t.

Tomorrow is the second anniversary of that auspicious day – I shall toast to you tomorrow and all who sail in you.

Is it? How apt….I’m in Belgium tomorrow making use of my EU given right to buy my own body weight in tobacco while I still May …even if it means sharing a coach with Norfolkers for 18 hours. More aptly still I shall no doubt being going down those roads my forebears tramped to fight the forces of darkness (well in WW2 anyways, not sure Great Grandpa’s WW1 could be described as a war against fascism). So I shall, mentally, raise a glass (I don’t drink anymore) and respond to your toast with a ‘l’chaim’ and a ‘Vive la Belgique et Europe’.
