Rootless cosmopolitans

Not great, but interesting to see his blind spots –

He speaks of Belinskys ‘rootless cosmopolitans’, and notes –

“With his blue passport, English and a bit of cash, Americans can explore the world more easily than ever, with many spending extended time overseas. “

“This country’s reigning ideology is also globalist and progressive, which means a serial rejection of the past, so we are already, in many ways, a country of rootless cosmopolitans.”

“Waging war against the world, we preach world peace constantly, and wail, “We are the world, we are the children,” as we chronically bomb helpless men, women and children, for the American/Israeli worldview must be propped up at all costs.”

Yet he fails to see that this is not the behaviour of Americans, but the behaviour of ‘rootless cosmopolitans’, including himself, for he then goes on to say –

“In Lancaster County, the Amish stubbornly maintain their age-old ways, and though they have shrewdly adapted, as in hiring Hmong seamstresses, they still refuse to pick up arms, no matter the cause, and they don’t fly. As with all traditional societies, they respect hierarchies and observe clear division between the sexes, which they still, somehow, only count as two, and not 63.

Although almost everything they do is a rejection of America, they cause little resentment, because they don’t tirelessly deform, manipulate or kill anyone. In fact, as our collapse becomes more undeniable, more Americans will turn to them for examples, but being defenseless, they might not survive this nation’s next chapter.”

… utterly failing to see that the Amish do not reject America, they exemplify it.

Unfortunately I think you’ll find that there are very large numbers of ordinary white old stock Americans who love nothing more than the idea of America invading another foreign country. That’s how the rootless cosmopolitans have been able to get away with imposing their savage imperialistic foreign policies on America – most Americans approve of those savage imperialistic foreign policies.

War is as American as apple pie. Just take a long hard look at America’s blood-soaked history.

It’s a strange thing because Americans tend to be fairly nice people. They just seem to assume that all problems can be solved by America bombing or invading other people’s countries. I’ve always suspected it’s a deep-seated feeling of insecurity, probably caused by the lack of any genuine sense of national identity. The one activity that brings all Americans together is fighting wars.

Brings all people together – it’s why the PTB love wars so.

Actually there probably is something in that. British governments love getting Britain into pointless wars because back in the good old days of the Blitz everybody was united under Good Old Winnie and most importantly everybody did exactly what the government told them to do.

It probably applies to Australia as well. Nothing like a good war. Makes for good television. And politicians can talk about mateship.

But it applies to a much greater extent in the US since they don’t have anything else to unite them.

One thing that unites a lot of people I know is to be left alone. Some people presume to know what a whole nation wants, feels, believes, thinks…pretty big assumption. After many, many, many years of the drip, drip of brain washing by governments and that includes yours, mine, theirs — people point fingers at each other thinking they know one another’s thoughts. What is this savage white old stock American thinking now?? ?

    Absolutely, both.
