Switch freight to rail (electric). Have they seen a motorway lately? Two lanes of lorries most of the time.

Lorries are mobile warehousing. Cheaper to run and less regulated than fixed warehousing.

My youngest son lives in a city and he says the air qaulity on a sunday is fantastic , rest of the week foul… i cycle just about everywhere if i can and i notice most vehicles have one driver, three tonne suvs everywhere everybody in a hurry to get nowhere… efficiency in cycle transmission is a load of cobblers only two things matter rolling resistance and aerodynamics….. eight pound halford chains are good enough for anybody…. humans on conventional bikes are the wrong shape for passing through the air, buy a recumbent bicycle…I own a p900 camera and its pretty good for lunar photography but there are lenses and there are lenses, sorry for the semi literate rant

You could make a case for the abolition of Diesel engines in built-up areas. To replace clean running petrol ICEs with electric motors by diktat is inexplicable. Where is the necessary power going to come from? The national grid used to get a hard time after Morecambe and Wise, when the nation put the kettles on. Aren’t there fewer power stations nowadays?

It’s almost as if a very wealthy person of great power and cunning has invested heavily in electric cars and “influenced” politicians accordingly.

    Yes, it’s George Soros.

    You need a Trump:

Unfortunately, with the way your governmental system is constituted, you have no way to get one. At least, not within the limits of your “Law Enforcment” and your “Legal” system.

What they mean is that she is “coming out of the closet” and admitting that she services Frau Merkel the same way that Huma services Cankles. Except Huma only does so because her Imam commands her, whilst May does it because she loves to do so.

But if May is servicing anyone else, they’d better be careful. See what Cankles had done to another woman that Huma was taking care of:

Yes, I saw that piece about Huma’s unfortunate neighbour. Soros connections too. Strange that, eh?

From the number of pics of a headscarf-adorned May kowtowing to the Imams at their hangouts I would not be surprised if they command May too.
