The treason and the shambles

Did not want to get out of bed and go to the computer but some of our MAGA friends over there did not quite understand what happened here this evening. I see you have your own traitors over there too

Now, about our affair. There’s a Guianan fool called Gina Miller and she was crowing about Brexit being over. She still knows nothing, she’s our AOC.

This parliament cannot pass laws on sovereignty before March 29th without EU endorsement or directive [suggestion]. and as they pointed out, it needs all 27 members to agree to overturn Article 50. Including Italy and Hungary.

But even if a legal argument could be made that what the UK parliament passed can be binding, the delay is only in order to secure an EU friendly agreement and that does not look like happening. Therefore, on March 29th, at the given time, if there is no deal, then legally there is no deal and we withdraw.

At that point, this evening’s voting has relevance. As for the delay, well it’s clearly to delay and then delay and then delay ad infinitum. The electorate may have something to say about that at the next GE.

it needs all 27 members to agree to overturn Article 50.

Not according to the ECJ. It needs all 27 to agree to an extension but the UK, as a sovereign independent nation, can unilaterally overturn/revoke/consign it to the toilet of history where it belongs.

Should’ve said first that the Maestro has signed the veto to that pathetic attempt by the Dims and the dozen RINOs to derail the wall. It is happening.

I will celebrate that by raising a glass to POTUS. As I did when another wall was torn down, although my glass was also held aloft to the then British Prime Minister.
