This is my first attempt at making something like it and it needed to be rescued.
The ingredients were fine for taste – cumberland sausage meat, tatties, cabbage, peppers, onions, carrots, eggs, chives, pepper, basil but the texture was the issue.
With the first batch, the egg would not bind enough so it stayed as hash and is now down the hatch.
The second batch needed seeded bread flour, plus it needed the oven pan as I have no skillet, only a sauté, plus they needed to dry out a bit.
They firmed up, the third ditto.
