Israel Folau’s wife

I don’t have the link for this one but it’s easy enough to work out what it’s about. Not content with stopping Israel Folau being represented in law, TUA managed to get Go Fund Me to block his funding.

An alliance of churches has joined and has raised more than he had with the Go Fund Me, so they needed to think up some new way to get at him.

There it is above in the picture.

Message for us, just quietly, is to boycott Go Fund Me forever.

She’s actually his wife, is a New Zealander and a top netball player for the Silver Ferns, the national side but plays in the Australian league.

      Ah. Cheers. Corrected.

Bolt, an Oz commentator whom I’ve liked till now, was well out of order, speaking of Folau’s ‘vile comments’. What an ignoramus Bolt is, a virtue signaller, trying to stay chummy with his bosses.

Look, Folau is a Christian, the scriptural basis is millennia old – it’s in Leviticus and by inference in other places – there it is. Has Bolt not seen Man for all Seasons? Joan of Arc?

Folau had no choice but to follow scripture and as happened to the early Christians, end up in the arena or the fiery furnace. There it is. He’s used to arenas.

But he doesn’t need me to tell him that. Dig in, boy, there are many in the world praying for you.

Which gets away from the whole general issue – that when they start all this deplatforming, fining, sacking, penalising guff, they have lost the argument. Whatever the original argument was, it’s completely lost now and many, which to Bolt’s credit, he did mention, now just want to block those who would use such tactics.

But readers of blogs know all this anyway.

Bolt is like all “conservatives” – he’s a liberal. What do you expect?

It is a pity Folau had not kicked his wife in the stomach when she was pregant, or sold drugs to kiddies or drugged a teenage girl and raped her…. heck he would still be playing with now’t but a slap on the wrist. But no. He had to go and warn folks that their behaviour had consequences. That got right up the Qantas CEO’s backside where some blokes dangler usually goes.
