    2. Water metering is quite simply wrong. When I was a child I asked my father why, when gas and electricity were metered, water wasn’t. His reply was that water is an essential to life, all life, and it wouldn’t be right to meter it. Well, something has changed since those by gone days. It won’t be long before we are paying more for less, as with everything else. It will become a form of water rationing, those who now allegedly need to choose between heating and eating will soon have choose whether to wash, hydrate, do the laundry. Have there been health impact studies into the effects of water rationing? Can we see them please? No? I thought not.
