Diversions Nob Yoshigahara by James Higham • March 30, 2020 • 6 Comments Crazy for that name. Anyway, this is what Nobby came up with, [hat tip Chuckle San], we like to ask the easy ones first:

Not so hard – 15

12

Starting from the bottom 13 > 21 > 7

So how to get 7? Can’t be subtracting because that would be 8 not 7. But then I saw 1+3+2+1 and that = 7.

Then went to top to see if adding numbers together worked that way.

7+2+9+9 =27

It did.

2+1+3+6 =12

Looking at cabal numerology has its benefits I s’pose.

Well well well !!!

So it’s 12!

Just went through and verified.

The 7 at the bottom is wrong – it should be 8.

99-72=27

45-27=18

39-18=21

36-21=15

28-15=13

21-13=8

Try addition.

If you read the script in the screenshot it says that “the number 7 in the final circle is not a typographical error”! 🙂
